Allison Mould-Gilgenbach received her MBA in health care administration from Baldwin Wallace College.  She has held previous clinical and administrative positions in long term care, rehabilitation and in both the acute and long term acute hospital setting.  She became frustrated with the health care system as an entity, and realized that she would be able to make a difference by teaching others and truly lending a hand when you or your family members need it most.

She is a member of The American Council of Health Care Executives, The National Association of Health Care Advocacy Consultants, Northeast Ohio Case Management Network and Case Management Sociey of America.
